Diagramming Architectural Principles
This project allows us to explore architectural design using abstractions of 2D and 3D spatial compositions and conveying them through extractions from the research of diagrams, simple models, and analysis studies.

The first project taught me how to construct and analyze through diagrams which were parti, circulation, etc that are crucial to the overall design elements and learn from precedent studies and design intentions but other than that it has also helped me with critical thinking, analytical and most importantly team working skills.
Designing with Architectural Principles + Materiality
In this project, we were asked to create a Tropical Rainforest Discovery Platform with our own choices of desirable site settings and spatial experience in relation to the Architectural principles from Project 1.

The second project was more like a continuously developing but difficult version of the previous one as it requires our logical and creative thinking skills combined with the analytical skills we gained from Project 1 as we need to develop concepts regarding the spaces we want to create in accordance to the surrounding site context and design elements such as architecture principles and user experiences.
Designing with Architectural Principles + Materiality + Context + User
For our final project, we were given a particular site which was the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park where we are required to design a Tropical Wildlife Discovery Unit with our own preference spot within the site boundaries and to consider the landscape, activity, and user study.

The final project allows us to fully exploit our creativity in design thinking skills while utilizing our previously gained analytical skills. I’ve also learned how to collectively illustrate my design process, planning of spaces, and concepts of materiality. Not only that, it gave me the opportunity to improve on my drawing techniques and something new which was presentation board planning. Since there were a lot of requirements to be done within the deadline, I've also improved much on time management which was not considered in semester 1.
